About ELIRE

Pioneering a new class of marine infrastructure
Lux by ELIRE is conceived, engineered, and delivered by the ELIRE Group – an organisation uniquely positioned at the intersection of maritime infrastructure, clean energy, and transportation.
We develop integrated systems that respond to the evolving demands of a changing world, where destinations, industries, and operators require solutions that are not only commercially viable, but adaptable, sustainable, and future-ready.
At ELIRE, we do not see infrastructure as static. We see it as a dynamic system – one that must move with markets, align with environmental priorities, and unlock new value without compromise.
Our Smart Hub platform underpins everything we create. It is a modular, scalable foundation that enables the seamless integration of energy, utilities, and built environments onto the water. From luxury yachting to clean energy applications, our systems are designed to perform today while anticipating the needs of tomorrow.
Lux by ELIRE represents the luxury expression of this vision, bringing together engineering precision, architectural quality, and operational intelligence to redefine how premium waterfront destinations are experienced.

Built for now.
Designed for what comes next
ELIRE is driven by a simple principle: infrastructure must evolve at the pace of the industries it supports.
Whether enabling luxury yachting destinations, supporting clean energy deployment, or reimagining waterfront environments, we are committed to delivering systems that are intelligent, adaptable, and enduring.
Lux by ELIRE is not just infrastructure.
It is a new standard for how water is used, experienced, and valued.
Our work sits at a unique convergence point
Where infrastructure, energy, and mobility converge
By integrating domains, we deliver solutions that are greater than the sum of their parts, creating ecosystems rather than standalone assets:
Maritime infrastructure
Unlocking capacity and functionality on water across some of the world's most constrained coastal environments – deploying in 3 to 6 months vs traditional construction of up to seven years.
Clean energy systems
Enabling vessel connections through grid-independent power, with a single Power Hub capable of serving up to twelve vessels simultaneously, eliminating the noise, emissions, and regulatory exposure that defined conventional nearshore mooring.
Next-generation marine access
Redefining how vessels and guests interact with the shoreline. As environmental legislation and anchoring constraints reshape what is permitted on the water, our infrastructure supports the future of low-impact coastal movement, advanced tender operations, and emerging amphibious craft.
